This invention relates to a' multiple light plug, specifically to a two light plug, andhas tor an object to provide an improved plug of this type which will be simple in con,- struction, involving a minimum number of parts. and in which these parts are so arranged that they may be easily and quickly assembled.

The device comprises arbody member 10, preferably ot molded insulating material such as a phenolic'v condensationproduct, and this body comprises three branches 11, 12 'and 13. The branch 11 has a'shoulder 14 about the entrance to a `pocketfl on which shoulder is seated one end of an externallyV threaded shell contact 16. This contact has at its inner end inturned lugs 17 and embraces an insulating element 18 which I term a button `as it has arounded end projecting through the outer end of the Contact 16. This element is provided with a shoulder 19 adjacent its outer end which is engaged by a spun over flange 20 of thecontact 16.

The insulating plug or button 18- is now placed within the shell o 16 and secured in position by passing screw 36 through theY end thereof and threading it into the` block 31. The head 37 of this screw forms a central contact at the end of the button and thus all three of the central contacts are electrically connected. The end of this button rests against the lugs 17 on the may be provided itv desired, and assists in holding the contact 16 against the end of the body. lThe outer ends of this shell 16 are then spun over the shoulder 19, as shown at 20, and the device is completed. This spun over end gives 'a finished appearance' and prevents loosening of the button. It will be apparent that the branch11 may be inserted in any standard lamp socket or socket receptacle, the contacts 16 and 37 en# gaging the contacts in the sockets, andas the shell 16, and a small inturned flange 38 which threaded contacts are all electrically connccted as well as the central contacts, the
