Specification forming part of Letters Patent N0. 164,962, dated J une 29, 1875; application filed v May 15, 1875.

To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that we, HENRY E. BOHM, HERMAN STUHR, and PETER J. J OEGKEN, of Cleveland, in the county of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, have invented anew and Improved Oiler, of which the following is a speciiioation A The invention will be described in connection with the drawing, and then pointed out in the claims.
The drawing is a sectional elevation of our improved oiler.
A is the bottom plate, B the top plate, and C the glass cylinder, ot' our cup, secured by the center-bolt D, which screws into the cup, and also passes through the clamping-band E, andfastens it to the cup. The bottom plate A has a filling-hole, F, with a stopper; Vand the top plate has a hole, in which is secured the feed-tube (Jr, which passes through the clamping band, and enters a hole, H, in the hub J, leading to the axle; and also has a screw-cock, I, to regulate the ow of oil. The olalnpingband is fastened on the hub of the wheel by a screw, K, and nut L.
