In carrying out my invention I erect a metal frame which is of a substantially rectangular formation. Preferably the frame is constructed of angle irons and includes a base 1 made up of side members which are suitably connected, ends 2, likewise constructed, a top which is formed only of side irons 3, angle'braces 4 at the corners and longitudinal braces 5 at the sides connected to the ends.

The platform of the scale is arranged directly beneath the mouths of the bins and it will be apparent that the same can be wheeled beneath any of the bins. As shown in Figure 3 a sack is placed uponthe platformof the scale and then the latter is positioned beneath one of the bins. The clerk simply opensthe valve plate 11 and allows a determined quantity'of the condiment to flow from the bin, and observing the position of the dial hand of the scale closes the valve when the exact quantity of the condiment is deposited in the sack.
