Guide blading for rotary engines particularly for steam turbines, comprising a body havingfan annular space bounded radially by innerand outer walls, and blades subdividing the space into channels, said walls atleast in the vicinity of the outlets of the channels having the shape ofsingle shell hyperboloids having an asymptotic cone and the generatrices of the surfaces of said walls are prescribed straight line paths of flow.
