A separable link construction comprising a plurality of box links each having one end wall divided by a pair of slots, which slots extend into the top and bottom walls of the box links, a plurality of connecting links of substantially U-shape, each connecting link having its base slidable between the top and bottom walls of a respective box link and having its side arms guided through the opposite end wall of the latter, the free ends of the arms being inturned into engagement with the slotted end wall of the adjacent box link.

A separable link construction comprising a plurality of box links each having one end wall divided by a pair ot slots, which slots extend into the top and bottomwalls of the boxlinks, a plurality of connecting links of substantially U-shape, each connecting link having its base slidable between the top and bottom walls ot a respective box link and having its side arms guided through the opposite end wall of the latter, the free ends of the arms being inturned into engagement with the slotted end wall of the adjacent boxlink, said inturned free ends extending between the top and bottom walls` of said adjacent box link and interlocking in the adjacent slot of the latter.

A separable link construction comprising a plurality of box links each having one end wall divided by a pair of slots, which slots extend into the top and bottom walls of the box links, a plurality of connecting links of substantially U-shape, each connecting link having its base slidable between the top and bottom walls of a respective box link and having its side arms guided through the Opposite end wall of the latter, the free ends of the arms being inturned into engagement with the slotted end wall of the adj acent bex link, said inturned free ends extending between the top and bottom walls of said adjacent box link and having their extremities outturned through the adjacent slots of the latter for spacing the same from the iirst named box link.

A-separable link construction comprising a plurality of box links each having one end wall divided by a pair of slots, which slots extend into the top and bottom walls of the box links, a plurality of connecting links of substantially U-shape, each connecting link having its base slidable between the top and bottom walls of a respective box link and having its side arms guided through the opposite end wall of the latter, the free ends of the arms being inturned into engagement with the slotted end wall of the adjacent box link, said inturned free ends extending between the top and bottom walls of said adjacent box link and having their extremities outturned through the adjacent slots of the latter for spacing the same from the rst named box link, said outturned extremities being` interposed by that portion of the slotted end wall of said adjacent link lying between the slots thereof.

A separable link construction comprising a plurality of box links each having one end WallY divided by a pair of slots, which slots extend into the top and bottom walls of the box links, a plurality of connecting links of substantially U-shape, each connecting link having its base slidable between the top and bottom walls of a respective box link and having its side arms guided through the opposite end wall of the latter, the free ends of the arms being inturned into engagement with the slotted end wall of the adjacent box link, said inturned free ends extending between the top and bottom walls of said adjacent box link and having their extremities outturned through the adjacent slots of the latter for spacing the same from the iirst named box link, and means carried by the base of each U-link and operating in the slots of the respective box link for holding the former in position.

A separable link construction comprising a plurality of box links each having one end wall divided by a pair of slots, which slots extend into the top and bottom walls of the box links, a plurality of connecting links of substantially U-shape, each connecting link having its base slidable between the top and bottom walls of a respective box link and having its side arms guided through the opposite end wall of the latter, the free ends of the arms being inturned into engagement with the slotted end wall of the adjacent box link, said inturned free ends ex- Cil tending between the top and bottom walls of said adjacent box link and having their extremities outturned through the adjacent slots of the latter for spacing the same from the rst named box link, and an expansion Spring within each box link and compressed between the base of the U-link and the opposite end of the box link Jfor urging the outturned extremities of the U-link into contact with the latter end of said box link.
