W'ith these and other ohjects in view, the invention consists in certain novel features construction and combinations and arrangements of parts which will he more hilly hereinafter described and pointed out in the claims:

Une end of the wire, which constitutes the stay is'adapted to support the normal lower end, is hent forming an 7 eye 2, and the other end, upper end, is bent forming a handhole loop 3, with the extremity of the wire bent upon the main portion of the wire, as shown at l, to close the loop. r

Various slight changes and alterations might he made in the general form of the part described without departing from my invehtion, and hence I do not limit myself to the precise details set forth but consider myself at liberty to make such slight changes and alterationsv as fairly fall within the spirit and scopeof the appended claims.
