In order to prevent. the pin 23 from being drawn out too far, stop lug 36v is struck up from the material of the bracket. 14, this stop lug 36 being located in position to be engaged by the leaf-spring 26 when the pin 23. is pulled outwardly, 'to limit the outward inoven'ient of the leafspring, and thus also limit the outward movement of the latch pin 23.

Having thus described my invention what I claim as newand desire to secure by Letters Patent of the United States is:-
