This invention relates'to a fuel passage lock for use with internal combustion eI1- gines. It is a primary object and purpose of the present invention to provide a movable lockinggate which may be operated across and close the passage for fuehbetween the carburetor and en ine, said 7' ate 2-, r
when in operative position stopping any passage of fuel to the englne, thereby 'r'endering operation of the engine impossible. A further object of the invention is to provide operationmeans for said locking gate which may be actuated to either move the gate to operative fuel obstructing position,
for operating the locking gate, similar in' operation to a combination "lock'which is manually turned back and forth to different positions, being guided as to the amount to be turned in different directions by a numbered dial similar to and operatedlike the dial in combination locks, andoperable at a distance from the fuel passage locking gate whereby, for motor vehicle'use, the dial opcrating means may be' mounted on the dash of the vehicle and operated from the front compartment thereof.
