To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, JOHN VANDEROAR, of Brooklyn, in the county of Kings and State following is a specification:
The invention Will first be fully described, and then pointed out in the claim.

A represents the section. B are chambers, which are to be iilled with cement, sand, or other suitable material. (l is the bottom, which rests upon the foundation of the road.
