The shorter wings of two ofthe posts are arranged under the bottom 3 and the head plates of the posts extend upward against the outer side of the wall portion 4 to the under side of the cap plate 9, the remaining two posts being similarly arranged in connection with the rear wall por tion 5. Two of the posts are arranged at a suitable'distance inward from the side wall 6 and the remaining posts similarly arranged relatively to the wall 7. Two of the posts are suitably secured to and supported upon an L-section base bar 17 and the remaining two likewise on a base bar 18, the base bars being secured upon and constituting reinforcing parts of runner members 19 and 2O respectively, having upwardly curved forward portions 21 and 22, and also similar rear portions 23 and 24 permitting the runners to be moved backwards on the ground when necessary. A heating chamber wall plate 25 is arranged on and secured to the base bar 17 and extends upward a suitable distance against the shorter wings of two of the posts to which it is secured. A similar vertical wall portion 26 is arranged on and secured to the base lbar 1S and extends upward a suitable distance against the shorter wings of the remaining two posts to The vertical wall por tions have relatively angular wallv ' portions 27 and 28 respectively that extend outwardly under the floor 3 to conduct heat thereto land have upwardly extending laminating wall portions 29 and 30 that extend up to the cap plate 9, and they are secured against the outer side of the side wall portions 6 and 7 respectively. The inclined side wall portions aiford bracing to the portions of the bottom 3 which extend out beyond the supporting posts, and the side wall portions G and 7 are stiffened by the laminating wall portions 29 and 30. The heating chamber has front and rearend plates 31 and 32 respectively that are secured on the outer sides of the head plates 16 and extend from the cap plate 9 downward opposite to the front and rear rportions 4 and 5 respectively, each plate having extensions 33 secured to the posts and forming Aangle braces which partially close the ends of the heating chamber, leaving spaces for ingress to or egress from the chamber, permitting a heating lamp to be inserted under the bottom 3 when desired.
The front curved portions 21 and 22 of the runner members have standards 34 and 35 extending upwardtherefrom at a distance vvfrom the front plate 31, the rearward curved portions 23 and 24 having each a similar standard 34 thereon. A tie bar 36 is secured to the outer side of the standards 34 and 35 and a similar tie bar 37 is secured to the standards 34.
Preferably a supporting beam 38 is arranged under the middle portion of the bottom 3, and it has legs 39 extending downward against the wall plates 25 and 26 and the base bars 17 and 18 to which the legs are respectively secured.
A pair of draft bars and frame bars combined are provided which have main members 40 and 41 respectively that are arranged on the outer side of the wall plates 25 and 2G respectively, immediately below the au gular portions thereof and are secured to the plates. One main member extends to the standard 34 and to the similar rearward standard, and the other main member extends to the standard 35 and to the similar rearward standard 34 and are respectively provided with lateral lugs 42 and 43 arranged against the forward; and rearward standards respectively, and similar lugs l-l and 45 arranged against the forward and rearward standards respectively. The lugs 43 and are rigidly secured to the rearward standards and also to the tie bar 37 by means of suitable devices 4G which may be rivets. In a portable drinking fount, the combination with a pan, of aybase structure comprising two runners, two posts supported on one of the runners, two posts supported on the remaining runner, two side wall plates connected to the runners respectively, each wall plate being connected also to the two of said posts on the runner and having an` outwardly-extending upper portion connected to said pan, and two draft bars secured to the outer side of said wall plates` respectively and also to end portions of said runners, each drait bar being secured also to two ott said posts and having a dra'tt device connected with one end thereof.
