To all whom it may concern:

it known that T, Crianns l5. Bosonnnnoian, citizen of the United States, residing at Pittsburgh, in the county of Allegheny and State of Pennsylvania, l1ave invented certain new and useful lmprovements in name-Boards, of which the following is a specification.

This invention relates to game boards and has for its object to provide a board of such class, in a manner as hereinafter set forth, rrercby amusing and instructive gam s can be played thereon, more particularly the game of ltavolet.

Further objects of the invention are to provide a game board which is ornamental in appearance, durable, instructive and amusing and creating considerable interest when playing a game thereon, more particuriations and modifications can be resorted to which come within the scope of the claim hereunto appended.

The drawing illustrates a top plan view of a game board in accordance with this in vention.

The game board shown is designed primarily for the playing of the game of Bavolet but it is to be understood that the board cai be employed for the playing of games to which it is found applicable.

Referring to the drawing 1 denotes the body of the board having its upper face provided with conventional means to constitute playing surface.

The playing surface comprises a pair of

Circular disks, as indicated at 38 are used when playing a game on the board and when playing the game of Ravolet fourteen disks are used, seven to each player, that is to say if the board is provided with seven terminal stations at each end portion, the

What I claim is A game board comprising a body portion having means to constitute a playing field consisting of a playing surface and a pair of end portions spaced therefrom, each end portion having means to provide a row of terminal stations disconnected from each other, said playing field further having means to provide two sets of diagonally 8X- tending tracks bridging the spaces between the end portions and playing suri'ace, the

tracks of each set arranged in parallelism throughout and. extending from stations on one end portion to stations on the other end portion andwith the stations associated With the tracks of one set opposinr" the stations associated with the tracks of the other set, the tracks of one set of greater number than the tracl s of the other set and crossing this latter set, said playing surface further havin means to provide stations associated with said tracks and further with means to provide tracks connecting certain of said stations and crossing the diagonally disposed tracks, and movable elements to be shifted over the playing field.
