IMPROVEMENT IN NAPKlN-RINGS.
Specification forming part of Letters Patent No. 130,576, dated August 20, 1872.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that we, CHARLES E. GREEN and JOHN H. BODWELL,both of Newark, New Jersey, have invented an Improvement in Napkin-Rings; and we do declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the same, reference being had to the accompanying' drawing forming a part of this specification.
In the drawing, Figure 1 is isometrical projection of napkin ring. Fig. 2 is sectional view; in whicha a represent the wire, and covered with the molten metal, by which it is soldered into a compact mass.
This invention consists in making anapkinring from a uniform spiral coil of wire, soldered together, and having the ends evenly finished, substantially as shown in the drawing hereunto annexed.
