To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that 1, CHARLES W. 'liocn-v NELL, a citizen of the United States, residin at Kenilworth, in the county of Union and State of New Jersey and useful Bottle-Holder, of which the following is a specification.
llhis invention relates to a holder for nursing bottles. One of its objects bein to provide an elastic supporting device w ich can be connected to the sides of a baby carriage, chair, or the like and which will hold a bottle in position where it can be grasped readily and at the same time prevented from being thrown aside and broken. 1,
A further object is to provide a device of this character which is simple and inexpensive in construction, can be readily mounted, cannot cause injury to the child be- With the foregoing and other objects in view which will appear as the description proceeds, the invention consists of certain novel details of construction and combinations of parts which will hereafter be more fully described and pointed out in the claim it being understood that various changes may be made in the construction and arrangement of the parts without departing from the spirit, or sacrificing any of the advantages of the invention as set forth in the appended claim.

Referring to t e figures by characters of reference 1 designates a light coiled spring the ends of which are clamped or otherwise secured within the slit sleeves 2, formed at the inner ends of the hooks 3. A loop 4: 1s slidably mounted on the spring and engages a ring 5 formed of a coiled spring and which is adapted to slide and to grip firmly upon a bottle B when inserted thereinto.
In using the holder the spring is extended longitudinally and the hooks 3 placed in engagement within the sides of a chair, carriage or other structure indicated at S. The bottle can then be placed in engagement with the ring 5 and will be yieldmgl y supported by spring 1. As the loop 4 1s slidable on the sprin 1, the bottle can-be positioned wherever esired.
What is claimed is:
A holder for nursing bottles, comprlsmg support engaging hooks, a coiled spr ng con stituting the sole connection between the hooks, a loop mounted to slide and sw ng upon the spring, and a bottle gr pping ring comprising an endless coiled spring extendthrough and supported by the loop.
