The object ofthe inventionis to provide" a neat and compact device whereby the ad-` hesive material upon `the flap of an envelop 'may be` quicklynioistened and the saidflap sealed tothe body portion of the envelop, and to theseends the invention consists in the combination and arrangement of parts set forth in the following specification and particularly pointed `out in the claims thereof.
