Be it known that l, BRUCE Fono, a citizen of the United States, and a'resident oi Philn adelphia, in the county oi' Philadelphia and State of Pennsylvania, have invented ce1"- tain new' and useful improvements in Seeondary or Storage Batteries, 'of which the following,` is a specification.
The principal objects oi the present invention are lirst, to lprovide ior steadying, or preventing lateral shifting of, plates in. respect to their container Without increasing the hazard of short-circuiting by sediment and second, to provide improved storage batteries for portable, vehicle, snbmarine and like uses.
