IMPROVEMENT IN FOUNTAINS AND COOLERS COMBINED.
Specification forming part of Leiters Patent No. 122,617, dated January 9, 1872.
SPECIFICATION.
I, CHARLES LAUBY, of Brodhead, in the county of Green and State of Wisconsin, have invented certain Improvements in Cold-Water Fountains and Coolers Combined7 of which the following is a specication:
My invention relates to the construction of an apparatus with upper and lower chambersthe one for an icc or cold-water fountain and the other for a cooler with a revolving iioor.
Figure 1 is a vertical transverse section, showing the interior of the said apparatus. Fig. 2 is a plan of the floor of the said cooler.
a a is the outer Wall of the said apparatus. b b is the inner wall of the same, which should be placed about two inches apart in a fullsized machine. j j is the space between the said Walls. f is a lid or cover, which may be removed at pleasure to ll the said chamber with ice or Water. d d is the lower chamber.
C is the upper chamber or fountain. G is a pipe inserted into the bottom of the said founhand, or With gearing, or any other device.
The space j j is to be filled, as usual, with sawdust or other material.
Claim.
I claim as my invention- The combination of the said fountain C, cooler d d, and revolving floor e e, substantially as described, and for the purpose set forth.
