IMPROVEMENT IN FILE-HANDLES.
Specification forming part of Letters Patent No. 117,67-7, dated August 1, 1871.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, DAVID PFOUTS, of the Empire Mills, near Winesburg, in the county of Holmes, in the State of Ohio,haveinvented a new and Improved File-Handle 5 and I do hereby declare that the following is a full and exact description of the same, reference being,- had to the annexed drawing making a part of this specication, in wl1ich- A is a spirit-level, and B is a mirror or reflector This file-handle is an improvement over all others now in use for iiling an upright saw, by which the tooth can, by application ofthe spirit-level7 be given any desired and uniform square or diagonal
