IMPROVEMENT IN NEEDLE AND TOOL-HOLDERS FOR WORK-TABLES.
Specification forming part of Letters Patent No. 117,354, dated July 25, 1871; antedat-ed July 7, 1871..
To all whom fit may concern:
Be it known that I, HENRY H. WEscoTT, of Portland, in the county of Cumberland and State of Maine, have invented a new and useful Needle and Tool-Holder for VVork-Table; and I do hereby declare the following to -be a full, clear, and exact description of the sa1ne,reference being had to the accompanying drawing, in Which-` I `igure lis a top plan of the drawer. Fig. 2 is a detail of the device for holding spools.

Upon this plate, and at the front of the drawer, is xed the box c c, the walls of which are of common form except that the lid at the back is provided with spring d, which is for the purpose of throwing` open the cover when it is released by the spring-catch e, which connes it when shut. The box is provided with the plate j' j', in which are holes to receive needles of various sizes, each row of holes being appropriated to a size and numbered accordingly.
