The door 17 in two parts in the forms shown in Figs. l, 2 and 3 and in the Figs. l and 2 forni the upper portion 17 is hinged to the lower part on a line along the upper edge of the upper container 19 and is adapted to swing outwardly and downwardly to open position, The upper door portion 17 is secured in closed position by a lock 22 mounted on the said portion and engaging the top cover. The door 17 proper is removably secured to the lowerl portion of the wardrobe section l2 by means of depending;r lugs 23 connected tothe lower portion of said door and which enter recesses 24 provided in the wall of the said section. Spring bolts 25 mounted ,on the 'upperwall of the container 2l engage locking plates .26 secured to the side walls of the wardrobe section. In order to remove the door it is only necessary to open the upper portion of the cover and release the spring,r bolts and the door may then be bodily removed from the section.
