IMPROVEMENIT IN BRlClS-KILNS.
Specification forming part of Letters Patent No. 116,016, dated June 20, 1871.
Be it known thatI, SAMUEL C. BREWER,
of Water Valley, in the county of La Fayette and State of Mississippi, have invented ajnew,
and Improved Brick-Kiln and I do hereby'declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description thereof, which will enable others skilled in the art to make and use the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawin g formin g part of this specification, in which Figure 1 represents a plan or topview of my improved brick-kiln. My invention consists in improving the con struction of brick-kilns, as hereinafter fully described and subsequently pointed out in the claim. The overburningof some and insufficient burning of other bricks can thereby be prevented, as Well as the unnecessary waste of fuel.
