This invention relates to casings for inenrulescent lamp sockets and pendent switches.

The casing illustrated comprises a. cap 1 and shell 2 arrmwed to telescope together in a conventional manner. Interlocking means are provided to prevent axial separation and relative rotution of the parts when. joined.
