usefullmprovements in Calf-Weaneis, of which the following is 'a specification. This invention relates to a calf weaner and is an improvement over the construe# tion shown in my' prior Patents Numbers 1,077,585 and insignes.
A particular objectof this invention is to provide a device ofthe'character described which is so constructedthat it may be ser curely held in place and which will not move freely with a pivotal action whenv in place. i-

The body portion of this device is in the form of a plate 10, which has its central portion reduced, thus forming a neckas shown in Figil, the plate being bent transversely so that the end portions 11 and 12 will extend rearwardly, thus permitting the attachment to fit against the calfs nose with the lower portion 12 of the plate extending in front of the nose and the upper portion 11 resting above the nose.

The end portions of these arms are bent to forni fingers 15 which extend in spaced relation to the arms 1 4 and are each provided with a threaded opening 16 positioned in alinement with a larger unthreaded opening 17 formed in its arm 14: as shown in Fig. 4.
