RUSSELL, of Itavenna, in "the county oi' Portage and State of Ohio., have invented a new and improved Mechanical Movement; and Ifdo lhereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description thereof, which will enable othersskilled int-he art Lto make and use `the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawing forming partrof this specification.
