The construction of the toe stri ightening? device shown in 13, is designed to hold all live ices of the foot in n properly straightened position. The device shown in i'hese figures comprisesn base, holi'oin or supnorting' plate 1 which has its front edge scalloped, is shown at 2, to eeuilorui to the live noes which are adapted to rest upon the same while the rear part of this plate is adapted to support the underside of the foot in rear of the toes. This toe straightening device is comparatively simple in construction and can be produced at comparatively small cost of any suitable material. may be constructed of sheet metal, such as aluminum or German silver, and the fastening'band may be constructed of silk, leather or the like. The upper side of the plate may also be provided with a covering 25 of leather or other soft material to prevent the foot resting on the plate from getting cold.
It willbe manifest that this toe-straightening device can be very quickly and conand removed from the foot and that the same can be also easily cleaned when necessary, thereby rendering the same very sanitary and in no wise objectionable.
I claim as my invention:
