threaded surface of such section, and the separable section being formed with a recess for receiving said part-cylindrical portion, and the portion of the sleeve member contiguous to said sepa fable section being movable therewith, said stem being provided with an axial passage extending through the lixed section thereof and formed partly in the part-cylindrical portion of said fixed section and opening into the bore of the sleeve member, a movable clamping element having a head located within the bore of the sleeve member and a shank slidable in said passage, and a nut turning on the stem and the sections thereof and coacting with the clamping element, substantially' as and for .the purpose specified.
