I-MPROVEMENT. IN THE COSTRUCTION OF BITCHES.

Be it known that I, Tonus K'. GRUBE, of Napoleon, in the county of Henry and State ot'Ohio, have 'inventeda new and valuable Improvement in the Construction of Ditches; andiI do hereby ldeclare that the following is a full, clear, and exact descrip- .tion ofthe constructionand operation of the same,
reference being had to the annexed drawing making a part of this specification, and to the letters and tigures of reference marked thereon. i
