Be it known that I, Tonus K'. GRUBE, of Napoleon, in the county of Henry and State ot'Ohio, have 'inventeda new and valuable Improvement in the Construction of Ditches; andiI do hereby ldeclare that the following is a full, clear, and exact descrip- .tion ofthe constructionand operation of the same,
