1. A vertically-adjnstable fender, composed of the sections A, B,'and 0, when arranged to slide within each other, as specified.
2. The adjustable fonder herein described, co1n posed of tue outer section'A and vertically-,sliding seetions B and O, connected by the studs a, and slots b, and provided with the springs in and covering-lips L, substantially as and for the purposes specified;
