The holder has a stationary vertical wall, 29, a bottom, 30, and amovable wall, 31. In the present-instance the bottom and stationary wall are formed integrally and a slotted arm, 3:2, extends toward the movable wall, 31, so as to for1n a supportxfor suitable pins, 33, that project from the said movable wall into the slot.
