What-I claim is:
The combination with a threaded bolt, and a nut thereon, of a. trough-shaped anchor element comprising a base and flanges extending longitudinally of the element at right-angles to the base, the said nut being contained between said flanges and pivotally connected thereto, the said base fit;
one side of the pivotal connection of the mat being struck up between the flanges t0 form an arch-shaped reinforcement and provide a slot for receiving a, bolt, whereby the bolt 15 base of said ancher, substantially as set 20 forth. SETH EVHEELER, JR.
