On the drawings, 1 is a suitable frame which incloses. a lower frame 2, movably mounted therein and joined to an upper j frame 8, by means of a plurality of posts 4. These posts 4 are preferably connected to the mid pointsof the sides of the frames 2 and 3, and they serve to support the frame 3 a considerable distance above the upper edgeof the frame 1.
