The pipe -10+ is screwed into the main body'of the valve case and unless .properl supported is more .or less liable to break 0 or strip the threads by accidental contact with some object and in orderto obviate this objectionable result, it is additionally held in place by a superposed bracket -40- havlng an aperture therein through which thepipe is inserted when being screwed into 1 the valve case, said bracket being spaced apart some distance from the threaded connection of the pipe with the main bod of the case so as to relieve the threads rom undue strain.
