Be it known that I, EDWARD Posson, a
citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented certain new and use ful Improvements in Movable Bulkheads for Refrigerator-Cars, of which the following is a specification.
My invention relates to movable bulkheads or partitions for refrigerator cars by the use of which ice chambers may be partitioned off from themain part of the car at the ends. The bulkheads may be displaced when desired so as, to make the entire interior space in the car available for freight. The objectof my invention'is to improve the construction of bulkheadsiofthis character in various respects, one of which consists of a series of guideways in the sides of the car which have downwardly turned the bulkhead in either of its positions. A horizontally pivoted door is provided at the-bottom of the bulkhead.
