Be it vknown that I, Avoarii KA-pr- MAN, a citizen of the United States, residing at New York, in the county and State of.
New York, have invented a new and useul (i)il-Lainp, of which the following isa speck fication.
This invention relates to lamps, and es pecall to that class adapted to burn a min eral oi as kerosene, preferably with im incandescent mantle; and the objects of my invention are: first, to provide' a retort, or vaporizernrwith a specially-constructedy gas outlet whereby from the vaporiaer to the air mixing chainher and burner Ywith a minimum danger of clogging; second, to provide means to hold the cleaning needle and valve stem, in certain alinement with, the outlet at all times,"especially when assembling and'even under-intense heat; and, third, to provide a lain .of the character described which will` mi cap to' manufacture, and eicient in use.
