Abstract
The invention relates to the enrichment of minerals, in particular, to gravity concentration of fine-grained mineral raw material. A device for gravity concentration of fine-grained mineral raw material contains a loading unit, an unloading unit, a chute made in the form of, at least, one section, on bottom of which, with narrowed part directed toward and along the flow of pulp a separator of flow of the pulp into separate reduced flows is located, after which in the bottom of the section a slot of unloading unit is made. In accordance with the invention, the separator of flow is made in the form of, at least, one wedge. In this case, in each section on the bottom of chute, at least, the second separator of the flow in the form of wedge is located. The wedges are located in row across the flow of pulp. There is also, at least, a second section of the chute. The wedges are made with two lateral working surfaces, and on the sides of the row - with one lateral working surface. The lateral working surfaces of wedges are convex or concave. As alternative, the wedges of one section of the chute are located relative to the wedges of adjacent section in staggered rows. The invention ensures the laminarity of the flow of pulp with its passage along the separator of the flow of pulp and separation of the flow of pulp across its width into separate narrowed parts.
