A method for alloplasty of the multiple hernial defects of linea alba provides for the access to the hernial defect of linea alba, the separation of the hernial sac, the dropping of the hernial sac into the abdominal cavity, the separation of the parietal peritoneum from the posterior layer of the sheath of rectus muscle of abdomen, the installation and fixation of the mesh implant. When the additional hernial defect of linea alba are detected, the mesh implant is inserted via the largest hernial defect and located in anteperitoneal space allowing for all the defects being covered. The mesh implant is fixed with the aid of the special needle for the passage of ligatures via the aponeurosis of linea alba and the skin.
