Abstract
Method for prediction of individual tendency to course of preeclampsia includes DNA testing on presence of polymorphism of gene of paraoxynase 1 Gln192Arg with determination of allele variants of gene of paraoxynase 1 Gln192Arg by method of polymerase chain reaction. Simultaneousely one determines coefficient of atherogeneity and coefficient AOS-POL that represents integral evaluation of processes of anti-oxidation system and cross oxidation of lipids. At respective presence of genotype Arg192Arg, coefficient of atherogeneity and coefficient AOS-POL one predicts course of preeclampsia of moderate of severe, or light level.
