Abstract
The invention relates to the medicine, in particular to the virology, and can be applied in scientific investigations for the increasing of biological activity of influenza viruses and examination of correlating features, and also in scientific-practical work for the obtainment of high-reproductive vaccinating strains. The method comprises infiltration of viricide into the biological material, infestation of it with the virus, hatching with subsequent passaging in the presence of viricide.
