Abstract

Description of the invention

The invention relates to knitwear production, namely to warp-knitted elastic knitwear, which can be used as an independent artificial yarn or as a structural element in garments and shoes. In particular, knitted elastic knitwear in the form of tape is widely used for the production of prosthetic and orthopedic products, namely medical bandages with rigid fixation (prophylactic, therapeutic, postoperative and other purposes).

The product described in the US patent (1) is the closest to the claimed design. According to 70 known solutions, the product is made on the basis of warp-knitted weft knitwear in the form of a ribbon, inelastic weft threads are laid across the entire width of the product in two layers, between which weft elastic threads are laid lengthwise; the structure is connected by columns of chains with a partial tube across the width of the product, the number of which is equal to or greater than the number of elastic weft threads.

However, the known product has disadvantages related to the insufficient rigidity and elasticity of the material, necessary 72 for the manufacture of products with a rigid fixation. Knitted fabric has a small vertical density, elastomeric threads are used with a low linear density, and the thickness of the weft threads is several times greater than the thickness of the threads from which the loops are formed. The invention is based on the task of providing functional properties, increased rigidity and elasticity of the material by changing the structure of the knitwear in the form of a ribbon. This is achieved by the fact that elastomeric weft threads are laid in each loop column formed by chains with open loops.

Transverse weft threads are laid on three columns in two layers. In this way, the contact points, the values of the girth angles of the contacting threads and the contact surface increase, which increases the reliability of fixing elastomeric longitudinal weft threads, and the friction forces increase in the places of contact of elastomeric threads with non-elastomeric ones.
