Abstract
The method for endoscopic resection of the submucous tumor comprises incising the mucosal membrane and separating the tumor from the adjacent tissues. Prior to separation of the tumor from the adjacent tissues the hydropreparation of the tumor is performed. The tissues are drawn apart by the distal end of the knife, the cutting arch is passed under the fixing bundles that are dissected. The diathermic knife consists of the isolating tube. One end of the tube terminates with the handle while the other end has the attached cutting string in the form of the arch. The cutting string connects with the handle and the power supply through the lateral opening and the cavity of the tube. The elastic metal plate locating inside the tube is rigidly connected with the handle while the opposite end of the plate is fixed at the distal end of the tube that is flattened below the lateral opening. The inserted metallic ring is located more proximal relative to the lateral opening. The plane of the cutting arch is perpendicular to the plane of the plate.
