Abstract

Invention relates to the facilities of extraction of vegetable raw material by solvents, which are used in agricultural, food, pharmaceutical, perfume cosmetic and other branches of industry for the purpose of obtaining CO2-extracts as components, for production of new forms of domestic products. Single-circuit autonomous unit of continuous action for obtaining CO2-extracts from the vegetable raw material contains, at least, two extractors and vaporizers, condenser, container for liquid CO2, filters for extract purification, containers for raw material and extract respectively, pump for supplying liquid CO2 connected in the processing sequence by conduits with the stop valves into a closed circuit. The installation additionally contains electric heaters mounted inside the vaporizers and in the lower part of each of the extractors respectively connected through the pump with the storage container, in the upper part of the extractors and vaporizers the electronic sensors for control of the volume of liquid CO2 are mounted, the condenser is connected with the cooling unit, and storage container is connected with additional container for possibility of continuous makeup of the circuit by liquid carbon dioxide, in this case each of extractors and vaporizers, and condenser are equipped with electronic devices for monitoring and control of the temperature conditions of the process of extracting. Invention allows increasing the volume of output of end product and ensures the independence of installation operation.
