Способ получения соевого молока включает замачивание соевых бобов, их бланширование, лущение, измельчение, последовательный ферментолиз измельченных бобов мацерирующими ферментами, фильтрование смеси соевых бобов и молока и пастеризацию молока. Ферментолиз измельченных соевых бобов сначала осуществляют ферментным препаратом Целюлаза-100, а затем ферментным препаратом Пектиназа Г20х.
