Abstract

Запропонована активуюча рідина для промивання для обробки підкладки. Активуюча рідина для промивання містить перший компонент, що містить дисперсію частинок фосфатів двовалентних або тривалентних металів, що мають середній розмір частинок не більший ніж 10 мкм, і другий компонент, що містить перший і другий співполімери. Перший співполімер отримують полімеризацією етиленоксиду, пропіленоксиду або їх комбінацій, в якій один кінець першого співполімеру завершується амінною групою, гідроксильною групою або алкільною групою. Другий співполімер отримують полімеризацією стиролу і другого мономера, що містить принаймні одну карбоксильну групу, ангідридову групу або їх комбінації. Другий мономер присутній в кількості меншій ніж 50 мас. %, з розрахунку на загальну масу другого компонента. Також запропоновані спосіб обробки підкладки активуючою рідиною для промивання і підкладка, оброблена активуючою рідиною для промивання.
