Abstract
Винахід належить до способу послідовного вставлення з'єднувачів (22) у пази будівельної панелі та має наступні етапи здійснення способу:a) група профілів подається до модуля різання і там вони розрізаються на частини відповідно до заданої довжини з'єднувача;b) з'єднувачі циклічно переміщуються на обертовому конвеєрі (8), де вони тимчасово зберігаються; там вони вирівнюються своїм поздовжнім ребром паралельно напрямку подачі будівельних панелей, що рухаються одна за одною;c) з'єднувачі (22) піднімаються обертовим контейнером (8) та за допомогою однієї з встановлювальних головок, що рухаються вперед і назад, запресовуються в пази будівельних панелей, які рухаються послідовно;d) обертовий конвеєр (8) повертається на кут, який відповідає положенню наступного з'єднувача (22), що знаходиться на окружності обертового конвеєра (8), призначений для введення у відповідний паз, причомуположення з'єднувачів (22), які знаходяться у пазу (21), за допомогою щонайменше однієї зі встановлювальних головок (12) коригуються наступним притискним роликом (13).Пристрій (100) складається з профілю-механізму подачі, модулю різання, пристрою випрямлення, обертового конвеєра (8), з'єднаної з обертовим конвеєром (8) рухомої встановлювальної головки, на яку встановлений золотник, що використовується під час зворотно-поступального руху, зворотного та подавального пристрою та щонайменше одного притискного ролика. Пристрій інтегрується переважно в переробну станцію будівельних панелей.The invention relates to a method of sequentially inserting connectors (22) into the grooves of the building panel and having the following steps of the method: a) a group of profiles is fed to the cutting module and there they are cut into pieces according to a given length of the connector; b) connectors are cyclically moved on a rotating conveyor (8), where they are temporarily stored; there, they align with their longitudinal ribs parallel to the feed direction of the moving panels one by one; c) the connectors (22) are lifted by the rotating container (8) and pressed into the grooves of one of the mounting heads moving back and forth d) rotating conveyor (8) is rotated to an angle corresponding to the position of the next connector (22), which is located on the circumference of the rotating conveyor (8), intended for insertion into the corresponding groove, and the position of the connector and (22), which are located in the groove (21), with the help of at least one of the mounting heads (12) are adjusted by the following clamping roller (13). The device (100) consists of a feed mechanism, a cutting module, a straightening device, a rotating conveyor (8) connected to a rotating conveyor (8) of a movable mounting head on which a spool is used, which is used during reciprocating motion, a return and a feeder and at least one clamping roller. The device is mainly integrated into the processing station of the building panels.
