Abstract

The invention relates to the devices for separating mixtures by grain size and aerodynamic properties of the particles. A vibrocentrifugal separator comprises a housing, a pneumatic winnower to remove light impurities with an air duct to remove the latter, a spreader of winnower and a receiving cone, a secondary spreader, a sieve drum for separation of grain, which has three sections of sieves (upper, middle and lower) mounted one above the other, a rotor, a drive of spreaders, rotor and vertical vibrating motion of sieve drums and trays of the system for removal of separated fractions, wherein the separator is made with possibility of additional equipment of each cylindrical sieve section for separating grain of disk bumps installed in the horizontal plane and made with possibility of adjustable motion in the area of each cylindrical sieve section for separating grain, wherein each bump is made with a diameter that precludes uncontrolled fall of grains in the system for removal of waste fractions, and with possibility of passage therethrough of objects of increased weight. The invention provides higher percentage of entering suitable grain in its corresponding fraction.
