Abstract

The present invention proposes a hair comb, which is composed of a comb part, a handle part connected to the comb part, a pad fixed to one side of the comb part, and a plurality of comb pins fixedly inserted on the pad. The comb part forms a plurality of wavy teeth, and the two sides of the wavy teeth are smooth arc parts. The width of the handle part gradually decreases from the part connected to the comb part to form a rounded tail angle. The present invention further changes the appearance of the comb part and the handle part of the hair comb, forming wavy teeth and tail angles similar to massagers, so that the present invention can be used as a massage tool in addition to combing hair.

Description

Hairbrush

The invention relates to a hair comb, in particular to a hair comb with a massage structure.

A hairbrush is a tool used to comb hair. It is usually made of wood, plastic, metal or other materials, and has multiple rows or evenly distributed pins. The main functions of a hairbrush are to unclog, organize and shape hair. It can also be used to remove tangles and dirt from hair, promote blood circulation in the scalp, and even massage the scalp. Common types of hairbrush include: flat comb, cylindrical comb, wide-tooth comb, bristle comb and anti-static comb. Different types of hairbrush are suitable for different hair types and hair textures. Choosing the right hairbrush can improve the health and beauty of hair.

The size of a hairbrush can be large or small, and the size of each part of the structure can be adjusted or integrated, thus forming different types of products. The comb and the handle are the main structures of the entire hairbrush, which are difficult to remove or modify. In addition, the comb and the handle account for a large proportion of the entire hairbrush. If these parts are given other functions through effective design, such as massage, then the hairbrush becomes a multifunctional tool.

In order to meet the above needs, the present invention proposes a hair comb, which is composed of a comb part, a handle part connected to the comb part, a pad fixed to one side of the comb part, and a plurality of comb pins fixedly inserted on the pad. The comb part forms a plurality of wavy teeth, and the two sides of the wavy teeth are smooth arc parts. The width of the handle part gradually decreases from the part connected to the comb part to form a rounded tail angle.

According to the present invention, the comb portion and the handle portion can be formed in one piece.

Preferably, the pad is circular in appearance.

Preferably, the comb and the handle are made of wood, bamboo, plastic, animal horn, stone, glass or metal.

Preferably, the material of the pad is nylon, polyvinyl chloride, rubber or thermoplastic elastomer.

Preferably, the material of the comb needle is metal, carbon fiber, plastic, animal hair or bamboo.

According to the present invention, the number of the wave teeth is not less than 3.

According to the present invention, the size of the comb portion is close to the size of a human palm.

According to the present invention, the tail angle can be biased toward one side of the handle.

The new model further changes the appearance of the comb part and the handle of the hair comb to form wave teeth and tail angles similar to those of a massager, so that the new model can be used as a massage tool in addition to combing hair.

The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the following embodiments.

Please refer to Figures 1 and 2. Figure 1 is a top view of a hair comb 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and Figure 2 is a side view of the hair comb 1. In this embodiment, the hair comb 1 includes a comb portion 10, a handle portion 20, a pad 30, and a plurality of comb pins 40. The features and functions of these technical components will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

The comb part 10 is used to fix the cushion 30 and the comb pins 40, and is connected to the handheld handle 20. In practice, the boundary between the comb part 10 and the handle 20 is not obvious. For the convenience of explanation, the comb part 10 and the handle 20 in Figures 1 and 2 are roughly distinguished by a dotted line. The cushion 30 is fixed to one side of the comb part 10, and the comb pins 40 are fixedly inserted on the cushion 30. In this embodiment, the comb part 10 and the handle 20 of the hair comb 1 are preferably formed in one piece. According to the present invention, the comb part 10 and the handle 20 can also be formed by two objects respectively and then combined.

In order to facilitate the hand-held comb 1 for combing hair without discomfort, the sides and back of the comb part 10 and the handle part 20 are preferably smooth and continuous curved surfaces. In this embodiment, the pad 30 has a circular appearance, which is not limited in practice. The comb needles 40 are evenly distributed on the pad 30, and can also be arranged in rows.

The characteristic of the present invention is that the comb part 10 forms a plurality of wavy teeth 11, and the two sides of the wavy teeth 11 are smooth arc parts 12. The wavy teeth 11 are designed for massage, and the function is that they can be used as a part of the structure of the hair comb 1, and can also be used as a scraping massager, which is suitable for smaller parts such as wrists and fascia. According to the present invention, the number of the wavy teeth 11 is preferably not less than 3. In addition, the width of the handle 20 gradually decreases from the connection with the comb part 10 to form a rounded tail corner 21. The tail corner 21 at the end can also be used for massage, and is suitable for massaging larger muscles, such as shoulders and neck. For convenient holding, the handle 20 does not need to be symmetrical. For example, in this embodiment, the tail angle 21 is biased toward one side of the handle 20, so that the right hand can be clamped with the base of the thumb and the right handle 20 in FIG. 1 , and the left handle 20 in FIG. 1 can be held with four fingers. Preferably, the size of the comb 10 should not be too large, and can be close to the size of a human palm. In this way, the user can also hold the smooth arc portion 12 to use the hair comb 1.

In terms of material, the material of the comb part 10 and the handle part 20 can be, but not limited to, wood, bamboo, plastic, animal horn, stone, glass and metal. The material of the pad 30 can be nylon, polyvinyl chloride, rubber or thermoplastic elastomer. The material of the comb needle can be metal, carbon fiber, plastic, animal hair or bamboo.

Although the present invention has been disclosed in the form of implementation as above, it is not intended to limit the present invention. Anyone with ordinary knowledge in the relevant technical field can make some changes and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be determined by the scope of the attached patent application.
