Abstract

本創作提供一種平整彈力貼合面料，其係由第一面料層、一彈性層和第二面料層所組成，第一面料層為高彈面料；第二面料層則使用彈力單面布；上述彈性層係進一步為橡筋。上述彈性層係設置於第一面料層及第二面料層之間。本創作之平整彈力貼合面料無摺皺且橡筋不打擰，以提高穿著的舒適度與美觀度為目的。

Description

平整彈力貼合面料
本創作屬於紡織領域，主要涉及一種適用於腰頭的平整彈力貼合面料。
基於牛仔面料老少皆宜穿著，與強大通用性，其經歷百年風雨的洗禮，仍長盛不衰，且市場持續擴大，但是隨著人們對於舒適度與美觀度的要求，現有技術逐漸暴露出一些缺陷：首先，腰頭部位會越穿越鬆；其次，腰間之伸展性差，不舒適，並缺乏良好的個體適性力。
為克服上述兩點，服裝廠雖然有面料包裹彈力橡筋，製成的彈力褲腰，但由於彈力橡筋與面料，二者收縮程度相異，因而產生褶皺，降低美觀度以外，其兩者還無法良好地彼此附著，導致橡筋易扭轉、打擰等，影響穿著之舒適度。
為解決所述之現況，本創作之目的在於提供一種平整，卻保有彈力的平整彈力貼合面料，以供褲腰等服裝製作。本創作利用兩種不同收縮程度之面料以及一橡筋之組合，運用貼合工藝，製成無摺皺、不移動、不打擰的鬆緊彈力面料，藉此，不僅使褲腰立體、平整，穿著者的舒適度與美觀程度也大幅提高。
於本創作的第一觀點中，本創作之平整彈力貼合面料，包含：一第一面料層、彈性層及第二面料層，其中上述彈性層係設置於第一面料層及第二面料層之間，而上述第一面料層、第二面料層及彈性層之間均透過一黏膠貼合並依序排列。
在某些實施例中，本創作在進行貼合時，尚需運用一引導布貼附於彈性層之底部，而彈性層係以雙面膠黏貼於引導布之上，再透過引導布之引導以將附在引導布上的彈性層與第一面料層進行接觸貼合。當完成彈性層與第一面料層之貼合後，引導布則隨之揭下。
於某些實施例中，上述第一面料層係屬於高彈面料。於某一實施例中，上述第二面料層屬於彈力單面布。

本創作將以較佳實施例及觀點加以敘述，此類敘述細解釋本創作之結構，僅用以說明而非用以限制本創作之申請專利範圍。因此，除說明書中之較佳實施例之外，本創作亦可廣泛實行於其他實施例中。
本創作係為一種平整彈力貼合面料100，如圖1所顯示平整彈力貼合面料100之剖面示意圖。前述之平整彈力貼合面料進一步包含第一面料層101、彈性層102及第二面料層103，其中上述彈性層102係設置於第一 面料層101及第二面料層103之間，而上述第一面料層101、第二面料層103及彈性層102之間均透過一黏膠貼合並依序排列。由上述可知，本創作之平整彈力貼合面料100之結構係以第一面料層101、彈性層102及第二面料層103依序排列組合而成。在某一實施例中，其中該第一面料層101及該彈性層102間係透過一引導布引導接觸貼合。
本創作之平整彈力貼合面料除了可保留彈力腰頭之特性之外，並能改善褶皺產生之缺陷。本創作在製作時，尚仰賴一引導布及一貼合方式：首先，將彈性層102以雙面膠貼於引導布上方；接著，透過引導布之引導以將附在引導布之上的彈性層102與第一面料層101進行接觸貼合，採用接觸上膠之貼合方式，將彈性層102黏貼在第一面料層101的下方；再來，將附在彈性層102下方的引導布揭下；最後，將已貼合於第一面料層101下方之彈性層102再通過接觸上膠之貼合方式將第二面料層103黏合在彈性層102下方，即完成本創作之平整彈力貼合面料100，並可作為保有伸展性、回復性、防止鬆弛與變形之腰頭，另外也提高個體適性力、舒適度與美觀程度。
較佳的，上述第一面料層之厚度介於0.8~2.5mm之間。
較佳的，上述第二面料層之厚度介於0.8~2.5mm之間。
較佳的，上述彈性層之厚度介於1~2mm之間。
於某些實施例中，上述第一面料層101係屬於高彈面料。於某一實施例中，上述第二面料層103屬於彈力單面布。
在某些實施例中，將第一面料層101黏合在彈性層102上方所使用之接觸上膠的貼合方式係於第一面料層101與彈性層102之間的接觸面 於接觸前上黏膠以進行貼合。在某些實施例中，將第二面料層103黏合在彈性層102下方所使用之接觸上膠的貼合方式係於第二面料層103與彈性層102之間的接觸面於接觸前上黏膠以進行貼合。
在某些實施例中，上述彈性層102係為橡筋。
請參照圖2，圖2係顯示本創作之平整彈力貼合面料200作為腰頭並應用於衣物之一剖面示意圖。舉例而言，當本創作之平整彈力貼合面料200作為腰頭並與褲子P縫合之後，可見第一面料層201位於外層，第二面料層203則位於裡層，而彈性層202則進一步位於第一面料層201及第二面料層203之間。

  1. 一種平整彈力貼合面料，包含：一第一面料層；一第二面料層；一彈性層，其係設置於該第一面料層及該第二面料層之間；其中該第一面料層、該第二面料層及該彈性層之間均透過一黏膠貼合並依序排列。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之平整彈力貼合面料，其中該第一面料層及該彈性層間係透過一引導布引導接觸貼合。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之平整彈力貼合面料，其中該彈性層係為橡筋。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之平整彈力貼合面料，其中該第一面料層係屬於高彈面料。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之平整彈力貼合面料，其中該第二面料層屬於彈力單面布。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之平整彈力貼合面料，其中該第一面料層之厚度介於0.8~2.5mm之間。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之平整彈力貼合面料，其中該第二面料層之厚度介於0.8~2.5mm之間。
