Description

用於鈕扣電池之泡鼓包裝
本新型係關於一種用於鈕扣電池之泡鼓(blister)式包裝,包括泡鼓箔片(foil),其被設計以形成至少一外蓋(housing)且和基底(base)為一體,該外蓋用來接收至少一鈕扣電池。
已知有人提出將鈕扣電池裝在泡鼓包裝中販售。此種包裝基本上由基底組成,其係經由一面而和熱成型塑膠材料製成的透明箔片為一體,以形成用來接收鈕扣電池的外蓋。基底的前面和後面一般包含文字,如關於品牌、參考、產品使用的條件之資訊,且亦包含以多國語言撰寫的安全相關文字,或較佳為包含有關安全性之標準圖示。
在一些實施例中,基底可為彈性箔片,其封住泡鼓。藉由剝開以將彈性箔片從泡鼓分離,可存取電池。彈性箔片係被設計成可輕鬆從泡鼓分離,使得對於孩童來說可簡單地為了取得鈕扣電池而拉回彈性箔片且具有 吞下鈕扣電池的風險。並且,為了使組裝充分堅固,泡鼓在側邊一般具有加強肋條。因此,包裝具有厚度,其造成必須在多個包裝堆疊時在包裝之間保留空間,故導致空間的損失。
在其他實施例中,基底可同樣具有卡的形狀,其在鈕扣電池的外蓋的水平處具有孔(orifice),預切割的弱化線(weakened line)係分佈圍繞該孔,形成例如交叉(cross)。該卡必須藉由在這些弱化線的水平處進行按壓而被擠壓,才能夠從其外蓋取出鈕扣電池。孩童可輕易達成此操作,故存在孩童取得且吞下鈕扣電池的風險。此外,該卡係一種具有易被撕開之缺點的材料。尤其是,當泡鼓僅佔有卡的表面之中間部分時,即便孩童也能容易撕開卡的外緣,這造成鈕扣電池的意外存取。
因此,必須提出用於鈕扣電池之新泡鼓包裝,其提供了電池安全性且特別是防止孩童的任何意外打開。
因此,本新型係關於用於鈕扣電池之泡鼓式包裝,包括泡鼓箔片,其被設計以形成至少一外蓋且和基底為一體,該外蓋用來接收至少一鈕扣電池。
根據本新型,泡鼓包裝在基底和泡鼓箔片之間包括加強箔片,其根據ASTM D 882標準而具有介於1200kg/cm2至3100kg/cm2之間的拉伸強度。
有利地,加強箔片覆蓋至少基底的外緣,且較佳為實質上覆蓋基底的整個表面
在一些實施例中,基底可至少在泡鼓箔片之側上包含印刷,而加強箔片係透明的,或基底可在泡鼓箔片之側上係中性顏色,而加強箔片包括印刷。
基底和加強箔片可具有面向的孔,其開口至外蓋內,該孔較佳為具有圓形形狀。
因此,根據本新型的泡鼓包裝具有好的穩定性,使得藉由簡單在包裝上按壓或操作包裝而對鈕扣電池進行的任何存取(特別是孩童)皆不可能做到。僅有使用如剪刀般的工具才可能破壞泡鼓包裝並由外蓋取得鈕扣電池。進而,泡鼓包裝係充分堅固而不需藉由加強肋條來補強。因此,根據本新型的泡鼓包裝可堆疊而不會損失空間。

參照圖1,泡鼓包裝1包括基底2,在其正面2a之側上和透明箔片為一體,透明箔片被稱為泡鼓箔片4,其由熱成型塑膠材料製成以形成杯狀物(cup),其形成用來接收至少一鈕扣電池的外蓋。基底2較佳係由卡製成。該卡有利地係為厚度介於200μm至500μm之間,較佳為介於250μm至400μm之間的卡箔片。該卡較佳為具有介於150g/m2至600g/m2之間,且更佳為介於300g/m2至400g/m2之間的重量。基底2的背面2b一般包括文字,如關於品牌、參考、產品使用的條件、條碼之資訊,且亦包含以多國語言撰寫的安全相關文字,或較佳為包含有關安全性之標準圖示。在泡鼓薄層4之側上之基底2的正面2a可為中性顏色(neutral in colour),沒有任何文字或可包括如品牌或產品參考的文字。基底2具有切口(cut out)5,其可使泡鼓包裝吊掛於展示單元上。泡鼓箔片4較佳為熱成型聚對苯二甲酸(polyethylene terephthalate),且具有例如介於200μm至300μm之間的厚度。
根據本新型,在基底2和泡鼓箔片4之間設置有加強箔片6,其根據ASTM D 882標準而具有介於1200kg/m2至3100kg/m2之間,且較佳為介於1800kg/cm2至2500kg/cm2之間的拉伸強度。
有利地,加強箔片6同樣根據ASTM D 882標準而具有介於100%至170%之間,且較佳為介於120% 至150%之間的斷裂伸長率。
根據第一實施例,加強箔片6覆蓋至少基底2的外緣,以防止包裝經由其外緣的撕裂。根據另一較佳實施例,加強箔片6具有和基底相同的尺寸,使得其實質上覆蓋住基底2的整個表面,以覆蓋至少基底2的外緣且亦覆蓋孔8及切口5的周緣,如後所述。
較佳地,加強箔片6係由選自包括聚對苯二甲酸、聚乙烯(polyethylene)(例如註冊商標泰維克(Tyvek®))、及聚氯乙烯(polyvinyl chloride)的群組之材料所製成。
在一特別較佳的方式中,加強箔片6係經歷雙軸拉伸的聚對苯二甲酸。較佳地,加強箔片6係光滑的。若基底2的正面2a包含印刷,則其可為透明的,或者若基底2的正面2a為中性顏色,則其包含印刷。
加強箔片6具有介於15μm至50μm之間,較佳為介於20μm至30μm之間的厚度。
為了確保加強箔片6在基底2的正面2a上的固定,黏著劑層9係設置於基底2和加強箔片6之間。此黏著劑為標準黏著劑,例如分散劑(dipersion),其被用於標準方式且為本領域習知技術者所熟知。黏著劑層9可具有介於3μm至7μm之間的厚度。為了增進加強箔片6在基底2上的黏著,加強箔片6面向基底2的面可經歷電暈(corona)式的表面處理。
為了確保泡鼓箔片4在加強箔片6上的固 定,密封塗層10係設置於加強箔片6和泡鼓箔片4之間。此密封塗層較佳為標準熱活性密封塗層,為本領域習知技術者所熟知。密封塗層10可具有介於2μm至5μm之間的厚度。泡鼓箔片4可藉由熱焊接的接觸表面在介於150℃至300℃之間而以標準方式固定在加強箔片6上。明顯地任何其他適當組裝技術皆可被使用。
為了允許在泡鼓箔片4的熱焊接期間之熱消散且亦允許空氣流動以能夠同時進行壓力和濕氣補償,基底2和加強箔片6具有面向的至少一通風孔8,其開口至由泡鼓箔片4所形成的外蓋內。孔8有利地具有圓形形狀,以不具有弱化區域。該孔較佳為具有一些尺寸數據,且更具體為介於1mm至6mm之間的直徑。孔8周圍並未設置預切割縫,其輪廓藉由加強箔片6而更為加強。因此,無法簡單在泡鼓包裝上進行按壓而在孔8的水平處撕裂包裝或取出鈕扣電池。
根據本新型的泡鼓包裝具有好的穩定性,同時防止經由外緣及經由孔8的任何撕裂。因此,無法藉由簡單操作而從其包裝取出鈕扣電池。為了破壞泡鼓包裝並取得鈕扣電池,將需要如剪刀般的工具。根據本新型的泡鼓包裝因而對於任何意外打開(特別是被孩童)是格外安全的。進而,根據本新型的泡鼓包裝係充分堅固而不需藉由加強肋條來補強。因此,根據本新型的泡鼓包裝的基底係平坦的,其允許根據本新型的泡鼓包裝的堆疊而不會損失空間。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種用於鈕扣電池的泡鼓包裝(1),包括泡鼓箔片(4),其被設計以形成至少一外蓋且和基底(2)為一體,該外蓋用來接收至少一鈕扣電池,其特徵在於,該泡鼓包裝(1)在該基底(2)和該泡鼓箔片(4)之間包括加強箔片(6),其根據ASTM D 882標準而具有介於1200kg/cm2至3100kg/cm2之間的拉伸強度。
