Description
本創作係涉及日常生活用品技術領域，具體涉及一種香薰爐。
近，在生活中，很多場所都有使用香薰爐，香薰爐可以改善環境衛生，祛除異味，淨化空氣，提神醒腦、澄清思緒，提高工作效率。安撫緊張的情緒，紓解壓力，改善失眠頭暈等症狀。薰香能夠營造浪漫的氛圍，讓人感受到溫暖，能夠使人心情舒暢，激發人們潛在的免疫能力。而現有香薰爐都是採用燈具對香薰蠟進行加溫，加熱效果不佳，且安全性差。
有鑑於此，本創作人特地針對香薰爐加以研究及改良，期以一較佳設計改善上述問題，並在經過長期研發及不斷測試後，始有本創作之問世。
爰是，本創作的目的在於解決上述問題，提供一種香薰爐，能夠解決上述問題。
本創作解決上述問題所採用的技術方案是：
一種香薰爐，包括爐體和底座，在所述的爐體內上端設置環狀的凹槽，在凹槽內設置有微晶玻璃板，微晶玻璃板透過矽膠黏結在爐體凹槽邊緣，在所述的微晶玻璃板上端設置儲蠟碗，在儲蠟碗內設置若干個香蠟塊，在所述的底座上設置電源孔，在底座上還設置有一個塑膠材料製成的透明盒，在塑膠製之透明盒內設有一微型控制電路板，電源線穿過電源孔連接電路板，電路板透過電源線一端連接銀漿塗層，另一端連接電源孔外的電源開關。
據上所述之一種香薰爐，在所述的電路板上設有LED 燈，LED 燈透過電源線一端連接電路板，另一端連接銀漿塗層。
據上所述之一種香薰爐，在所述的爐體上設置若干個透光孔。
據上所述之一種香薰爐，所述的儲蠟碗是由陶瓷、玻璃或係鐵質材料製成的。
據上所述之一種香薰爐，在所述的爐體下端設置兩個或兩個以上的腳支架。
據上所述之一種香薰爐，所述的底座透過螺紋連接在爐體上。
是由上述說明及設置，本創作主要具有下列數項優點及功效，茲逐一詳述如下：
1.本創作包括爐體和底座，在所述的爐體內上端設置環狀的凹槽，在凹槽內設置有微晶玻璃板，微晶玻璃板透過矽膠黏結在爐體凹槽邊緣，在所述的微晶玻璃板上端設置儲蠟碗，在儲蠟碗內設置若干個香蠟塊，在所述的微晶玻璃板下端塗覆銀漿塗層；在所述的底座上設置電源孔，在底座上還設置有一個塑膠材料製成的透明盒，在塑膠製之透明盒內設有一微型控制電路板，電源線穿過電源孔連接電路板，電路板透過電源線一端連接銀漿塗層，另一端連接電源孔外的電源開關。當通電後，可以透過銀漿塗層直接來進行導電加熱，使儲蠟碗內的香蠟塊進行熔融，散發出清新的香味，提高加熱效果，實用性高。
2.本創作在所述的底座上設置LED 燈，在底座內設置電路板，LED 燈透過電源線連接電路板，電源線一端連接電路板，另一端連接銀漿塗層；在所述的爐體上設置若干個透光孔。在進行香薰的同時，LED燈透過銀漿塗層進行供電，並透過透光孔將燈光進行發散，營造出良好的氛圍。
3.本創作在所述的爐體下端設置兩個或兩個以上的腳支架。能夠使爐體很好的固定在平面上，使用方便。
4.本創作結構簡單，易於製作，適宜於工業化生產。
本創作係一種香薰爐，其實施手段、特點及其功效，茲舉數種較佳可行實施例並配合圖式於下文進行詳細說明，俾供 鈞上深入瞭解並認同本創作。
首先，請參閱第1圖所示，本創作係一種香薰爐，包括爐體6 和底座13，在所述的爐體6 內上端設置環狀的凹槽5，在凹槽5 內設置微晶玻璃板3，微晶玻璃板3 透過矽膠黏結在凹槽5 內，在所述的微晶玻璃板3 上端設置儲蠟碗1，在儲蠟碗1 內設置若干個香蠟塊2，在所述的微晶玻璃板3 下端塗覆銀漿塗層4；在所述的底座13 上設置電源孔9，在底座13上還設置有一個塑膠材料製成的透明盒15，在塑膠製之透明盒15內設有一微型控制電路板10，電源線8穿過電源孔9 連接電路板10，電路板10 透過電源線8 一端連接銀漿塗層4，另一端連接電源孔9外的電源開關14。當通電後，可以透過銀漿塗層4 直接來進行導電加熱，使儲蠟碗1 內的香蠟塊2 進行熔融，散發出清新的香味，提高加熱效果，實用性高。
在所述的電路板10 上還設有LED 燈7，LED 燈7 透過電源線8一端連接電路板10，另一端連接銀漿塗層4；在所述的爐體6 上設置若干個透光孔12。在進行香薰的同時，LED 燈7可透過銀漿塗層4 進行供電，並透過透光孔12 將燈光進行發散，營造出良好的氛圍。所述的儲蠟碗1 是由陶瓷、玻璃或是鐵質材料製成的。在所述的爐體6 下端設置兩個或兩個以上的腳支架11。能夠使爐體6 很好的固定在平面上，使用方便。所述的底座13 透過螺紋連接在爐體6 上，拆卸底座13 上的LED 燈7 非常方便。
最後所應說明的是：以上實施例僅用以說明而非限制本創作的技術方案，儘管參照上述實施例對本創作進行了詳細說明，本創作所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者應該理解：依然可以對本創作進行修改或者等同替換，而不脫離本創作的精神和範圍的任何修改或局部替換，其均應涵蓋在本創作的權利要求範圍當中。
綜觀上述，本創作所揭露之技術手段不僅為前所未見，且確可達致預期之目的與功效，故兼具新穎性與進步性，誠屬專利法所稱之新型無誤，以其整體結構而言，確已符合專利法之法定要件，爰依法提出新型專利申請。
惟以上所述者，僅為本創作之較佳實施例，當不能以此作為限定本創作之實施範圍，即大凡依本創作申請專利範圍及說明書內容所作之等效變化與修飾，皆應仍屬於本創作專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (6)
- 一種香薰爐，包括爐體和底座，其特徵在於：在所述的爐體內上端設置環狀的凹槽，在凹槽內設置有微晶玻璃板，微晶玻璃板透過矽膠黏結在爐體凹槽邊緣，在所述的微晶玻璃板上端設置儲蠟碗，在儲蠟碗內設置若干個香蠟塊，在所述的微晶玻璃板下端塗覆銀漿塗層；在所述的底座上設置電源孔，在底座上還設置有一個塑膠材料製成的透明盒，在塑膠製之透明盒內設有一微型控制電路板，電源線穿過電源孔連接電路板，電路板透過電源線一端連接銀漿塗層，另一端連接電源孔外的電源開關。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種香薰爐，其中，在所述的電路板上設有LED 燈，LED 燈透過電源線一端連接電路板，另一端連接銀漿塗層。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種香薰爐，其中，在所述的爐體上設置若干個透光孔。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種香薰爐，其中，所述的儲蠟碗是由陶瓷、玻璃或是鐵質材料製成的。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種香薰爐，其中，在所述的爐體下端設置兩個或兩個以上的腳支架。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種香薰爐，其中，所述的底座透過螺紋連接在爐體上。
