Description
本創作係關於一種插接器,特別是可用於傳輸速度高於10GB以及頻寬大於500MHz之高頻訊號之插接器。
按,IEC 61076-2-109標準規範中,有用於連接具有四導線之雙絞線電纜之插接器,雙絞線電纜總共八條導線之尾端均與一接觸元件連接,此八個接觸元件係內建於一所屬插接器之絕緣體內,其中絕緣體構成四個個別可容納兩個接觸元件(接觸元件對)之絕緣段,接觸元件對分別與雙絞線電纜之一電纜對連接,絕緣體外包有一金屬材質外殼,該外殼之功能係做為內部接觸元件之屏蔽,並且具有螺紋狀、卡口接頭或是嵌入機制之固定方式,可將兩互補之插接器相互連接形成一插接狀態。
ICE 61076-2-109標準規範中,習知插接器僅適用於傳輸速度約為10GB且頻寬約為500MHz之高頻訊號。
本創作之主要功能,係在提供一種改良型插接器,特別是適用於傳輸速度高於10GB且頻寬大於500MHz之高頻訊號。
本創作之主要功能,係可藉由申請專利範圍第1項所述之插接器來達成,亦可藉由申請專利範圍第11項所述之插接器與一雙絞線電纜
所組成之單元來達成,亦可藉由申請專利範圍第13項所述之插接器與接合器所組成之插接裝置來達成。
本創作係具有至少四個位於外殼內部之接觸元件並用於傳輸高頻訊號之插接器,其中兩接觸元件分別形成一接觸元件對,且分別內建於一絕緣體內,本創作之基礎概念在於,利用分別包覆於絕緣體外之屏蔽層,將插接器之傳輸效能加以提升,藉由絕緣體及容納於絕緣體內之接觸元件對之屏蔽層,可降低接觸元件對之間過渡接觸之干擾,此外,屏蔽層亦可改善對外界電磁干擾及相鄰導線之屏蔽效能。
本創作之插接器與一(雙絞線)電纜所組成之單元,其中電纜具有絞織之導線對,導線對之尾端分別與接觸元件對之接觸元件連接。
本創作之插接裝置係插接器與接合器所組成,其在插接狀態下至少接觸元件相互接觸。
本創作之實施例中,可將導線對(例如藉由一鋁箔)屏蔽,其中導線對之屏蔽與插接器之屏蔽兼具有導電連接,此種(雙絞線)電纜可被稱為「遮蔽雙絞線」電纜或是「覆膜雙絞線」電纜。
本創作之另一優先實施例為,在導線中(可為一額外包覆全部導線對之總屏蔽)與導線對之間為相互屏蔽,也就是說,各導線對具有自己的屏蔽(例如一由鋁箔所組成之包膜),此種(雙絞線)電纜被稱為「屏幕遮蔽雙絞線」電纜或是「屏幕覆膜雙絞線」電纜,而個別導線對之屏蔽層係分別與其接觸之接觸元件對之屏蔽層連接。
本創作之插接裝置為實現無中斷的屏蔽,可組成插接器與接合器之兩屏蔽層分別構成至少一接觸片,該接觸片可與接合器之接觸片接
觸,其中接觸片之安裝為相對插接運動方向,係為斜向,兩接觸片接觸時,至少一接觸片會側向偏移,此可彌補兩接觸片相對位置之公差,接觸片間之彈性預力接觸可因此形成一良好之導電接觸。
本創作之插接器,其中,外殼內部安裝接觸部件,用於傳輸電源。
本創作之接觸部件可為一具有一內接觸部件及一外接觸部件之同軸接觸部件,此同軸接觸部件可與一同軸電線連接,另可使用簡單之塊狀導體作為接觸部件。
本創作之接觸部件安裝於外殼內部中央,可將接觸元件對及容納該接觸元件對之絕緣體,以環狀,特別是圓形狀環繞於接觸部件周圍。
本創作之絕緣體分別具有環狀區段的截面,其中兩絕緣體之間分別安裝有一屏蔽薄片,每個屏蔽薄片形成至少一接觸片。

觸。

有關本創作為達上述之使用目的與功效,所採用之技術手段,茲舉出較佳可行之實施例,並配合圖式所示,詳述如下:本創作之實施例,請參閱第一、三~五圖中所示,係形狀為插頭之插接器1之不同視角,於第二、六~八圖之不同視角中,該形狀為一接合器2,係對應插接器1,第九~十六圖所示則為上述插接器1與接合器2所組成之插接裝置。
本創作之插接器1分別包含一導電材質外殼3,特別是金屬材質(如:鋼、銅等),其中插接器1之外殼3由多個部件所組成,此部件包含一基本上為圓柱狀之內殼4,於該內殼4之外側面上具有一環狀突起物5(請參閱第十六圖所示),一固定套管6可抵住該環狀突起物5,此固定套管6於其內側具有一可用與接合器2之外殼3之外螺紋8鎖緊之內螺紋7,藉此可使得插接器1與接合器2所組成之插接裝置不會無預期鬆脫。
本創作之插接器1,於外殼3內部分別包含四個絕緣體9(如:陶瓷或不導電塑膠材質製成),其截面分別為環狀區段,絕緣體9分別為一體成型,每個絕緣體9具有兩個互相平行於插接器1與接合器2插接方向之通道,其中每個通道內部均安裝有一導電材質(特別是金屬,如:鋼、銅等)製成之接觸元件10,此接觸元件10於插接方向上是不可移動的。
本創作之插接器1中之接觸元件10為接觸插座狀,此構造能容納接合器2中,形狀為接觸插頭之接觸元件10。
本創作之插接器1及接合器2之絕緣體9具有一分離之屏蔽
層,該屏蔽層係分別由各別外殼3之一區段以及二屏蔽薄片11間之一區段所構成,此屏蔽薄片11分別與外殼3接觸,且因此與外殼3具有相同之電位,插接器1及接合器2之個別屏蔽薄片11分別包含一徑向延伸於二相鄰之絕緣體9之間的平面區段12,以及一可遮蔽所屬絕緣體9徑向內側之曲面區段13。

本創作之插接器1上容納接觸元件10之絕緣體9具有一凹槽18,接合器2上絕緣體9之互補突起物19可嵌合於該凹槽18內;藉此可形成一定址編碼,使得插接器1與接合器2僅可以單一方向進行插組;在不同的插接裝置上,互補突起物19與凹槽18配對,只要針對截面幾合型狀(包含截面積大小)或是針對插接器1與接合器2之外殼3內的位置有所區分,便可將定址編碼額外設計,使得具適當功能的插接器1與接合器2可插組成一插接裝置。
本創作之插接器1與接合器2在插組時,首先插接器1內接觸
部件14之插接尾端抵達接合器2之外殼3之中央開口(插組過程之第一步驟),藉此可將插接器1與接合器2相互置中對準。
當插組移動持續時,包圍於接合器2接觸插座之接觸部件14外之絕緣體17,會抵達四屏蔽薄片11之曲面區段13所構成之圓柱狀外層內(請參閱第九圖所示,插組過程之第二步驟),可將插接器1與接合器2相互置中對準。
當插組過程持續進行時,接合器2之突起物19會插入插接器1之凹槽18內(請參閱第十一圖所示,插組過程之第三步驟),此步驟之先決條件為插接器1與接合器2之相對位向正確,且為插接器1與接合器2之插組。
當插組過程持續進行時,接觸部件14會接觸,也就是插接器1之中央接觸插頭會插入接合器2之中央接觸插座內。
當插組過程持續進行時,插接器1與接合器2兩者之接觸元件10會相互接觸,藉此可使得插接器1之接觸插頭插入所屬接合器2之接觸插座內(插組過程之第四步驟)。
藉由持續進行的插組動作,插接器1與接合器2兩者之屏蔽薄片11之接觸片15會相互接觸(請參閱第十四、十五圖所示,插組過程之第五步驟)。
當插接器1之外殼3上之固定套管6與接合器2之外殼3扭鎖時,可避免插接裝置不產生無預期的鬆脫;同時,一緊撐於插接器1與接合器2外殼3之間的密封環20(係為位於插接器1之外殼3之環狀突起物5與接合器2之外殼3之插接尾端之間)可確實隔離安裝於外殼3內部功能元件不受外界干擾。
本創作之插接器1或接合器2,其中四個屏蔽薄片11之構造可為一體成型之屏蔽塊體,該塊體可為低成本之組件,特別是鋅壓鑄組件。
由於接觸片15不易內建於此種鋅壓鑄組件內部,故可另外將插接器1與接合器2之屏蔽塊體於側面接觸,為此,延伸於兩個絕緣體9之間的插接器1與接合器2上屏蔽塊體之平面區段12重疊在一起,也可另外將環繞於中央接觸部件14之屏蔽塊體之圓柱狀區段重疊。
依據此替代方案,插接器1與接合器2其餘部分之構造係依圖式中所標示及描述之實施例。
綜上所述,本創作確實已達到所預期之使用目的與功效,且更較習知者為之理想、實用,惟,上述實施例僅係針對本創作之較佳實施例進行具體說明而已,該實施例並非用以限定本創作之申請專利範圍,舉凡其它未脫離本創作所揭示之技術手段下所完成之均等變化與修飾,均應包含於本創作所涵蓋之申請專利範圍中。

Claims (16)
- 一種插接器,係具有一外殼以及至少四個安裝於外殼內用於傳輸高頻訊號之接觸元件之插接器,其中二接觸元件形成一組接觸元件對,且分別內建於一絕緣體內部,其特徵在於:絕緣體分別由一屏蔽層所包覆。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之插接器,其中,屏蔽層構成至少一接觸片,且相對於插接器之插接方向為斜向安裝。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之插接器,其中,外殼內部安裝有接觸部件,係用於傳輸供應電源。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之插接器,其中,接觸部件構造為一同軸接觸部件,包含一內接觸部件以及一環繞於內接觸部件之外接觸部件。

- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之插接器,其中,插接器與一電纜所組成之單元,該電纜為絞織成的導線對,導線對之尾端分別與接觸元件對之接觸 元件連接。
- 如申請專利範圍第11項所述之插接器,其中,導線對為被屏蔽,導線對之屏蔽層與插接器之屏蔽層連接。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之插接器,其中,插接器另與接合器組成插接裝置,處於插接狀態下至少接觸元件相互接觸。
- 如申請專利範圍第13項所述之插接器,其中,於一定址編碼時,可使得插接器與接合器僅可在單一相對插接方位上相互插組。
- 如申請專利範圍第13或14項所述之插接器,其中,插接器與接合器兩者分別設有外殼、接觸元件、接觸片及接觸部件,在插組過程中,係先外殼相互嵌合,接著接觸部件相互接觸,接著接觸元件相互接觸,接著接觸片相互接觸。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之插接器,其中,插接器可用於傳輸速度高於10GB以及頻寬大於500MHz之高頻訊號。
