Description

用於雙捲簾之架設構件
本創作係為一種用於雙捲簾之架設構件，特別係指一種可縮短固定架與捲簾相距之透光隙縫的架設構件。
傳統的單件捲簾因捲動簾面的限制，捲簾簾面最側邊與壁面通常會隔開一間距；當遮掩陽光時，該間距會使大部分陽光透進屋內，遮陽效果並不佳。此外，對於雙件捲簾之架設，其中間因有兩間距產生，更使透光的問題更加嚴重，尤其是目前捲簾的架設型態係在中間處固設一固定架，以固定架供捲簾構件插入，由於捲簾構件凸伸之固定桿較短，架設時不容易固定，常造成捲簾脫落及不穩之情形。
本創作之目的在於提供一種能縮短捲簾透光隙縫間距之架設構件，利用一架桿結合在固定架上，以架桿中空空間，供捲簾構件凸伸之固定桿插入而使捲簾簾面貼近固定架，而解決傳統捲簾透光隙縫之問題，提昇遮陽效果。為達成前述目的，本創作所提供用於雙捲簾之架設構件，主要包含：一固定架，包含一水平面及一垂直面，該垂直面適位處並開設一透孔，用以供一架桿穿設；一架桿，為中空桿體，於桿體外圍環設有螺紋，中央為貫通之透孔；兩固定構件，該固定構件具有一主體，其中央開設一可螺設在架桿外圍螺紋之透孔，該透孔並形成有內螺紋；藉此，以架桿中央透孔供捲簾構件凸伸之固定桿插入，使近貼於固定架而縮小捲簾與固定架相距之隙縫。

請參閱第1圖所示，本創作之架設構件，主要包含有一固定架1、一架桿2及兩固定構件3、4；其中該固定架1具有一水平面10及一垂直面11，在水平面10上開設有供螺絲穿過可將固定架1固定在壁面上之開口，而垂直面11之適位處則開設一供架桿2穿設之透孔110；該架桿2為預設長度之桿體結構，桿體中央為貫通之透孔20，其外圍並設有外螺紋21，用以供兩固定構件3、4螺設；兩固定構件3、4：包含螺設迫緊在架桿2左、右側之固定構件3、4，該鎖緊在右側之固定構件3，係具有一本體30，在本體30中央開設一穿孔31，其穿孔31並形成有內螺紋32，藉以螺合架桿2外圍之外螺紋21，而鎖緊在左側之固定構件4相同包含一本體40，且在本體40中央開設一穿孔41，其穿孔41內面相同形成有內螺紋42，用以螺接架桿2由固定架1一側凸伸之外螺紋21，藉此將架桿2經由兩固定構件3、4鎖合而固定在固定架1上(如第2圖)，使架桿2透孔20顯露在外，供捲簾構件5之凸桿50組接定位(如第3圖)。
組裝方式(請同時參閱第3、4、5圖所示)係以螺絲將固定 架1固置在壁面7，以固定架1使捲簾構件5架設在窗戶前，該捲簾構件5之後端係供捲簾簾面6套設，前端設有固定桿50及擋片51，其固定桿50 及擋片51後端並由彈性元件52支撐，使呈可伸縮型態(由第5圖所示)；首先將捲簾簾面6套設在捲簾構件5後端組成一捲簾裝置，再使捲簾裝置傾斜一角度，使固定桿50對準架桿2之透孔20而插入，經擋片51之阻擋支撐，令捲簾裝置可向前壓縮彈性元件52(如第5圖)，將捲簾裝置形成水平狀態，將捲簾裝置之另一端得以卡置在側邊之固定架上(如第6圖)，完成捲簾裝置裝設。
當捲簾裝置完成裝設時，其側邊捲簾簾面6會因彈性元件52 彈力向前頂推，將捲簾簾面6更貼近固定架1，而縮短兩捲簾簾面6與固定架1間的光隙縫(參閱第7圖)。
參閱第8、9、10圖，係表示本創作之架桿2長度及固定構件 3、4之寬度，可隨需求更換長度更短之架桿2，使捲簾構件5之固定桿50由左右側相互頂接時，其簾面仍會因彈性元件52之彈力推動，使擋片51埋入捲簾構件5內，而壓縮彈性元件52，足使兩簾面之透光隙縫更為縮短，更提昇遮陽效果。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種用於雙捲簾之架設構件，主要包含：一固定架，包含一水平面及一垂直面，該垂直面適位處並開設一透孔，用以供一架桿穿設；一架桿，為中空桿體，係穿過固定架之透孔，於桿體外圍環設有外螺紋，中央為貫通之透孔；以及兩固定構件，該固定構件具有一主體，該主體中央開設一可螺設在架桿外螺紋之透孔，該透孔並形成有內螺紋；藉此，以架桿中央透孔供捲簾構件插入，使近貼於固定架而縮小捲簾與固定架相距之隙縫。
  2. 如請求項1所述之用於雙捲簾之架設構件，其中該固定構件之主體設為螺帽。
  3. 如請求項1所述之用於雙捲簾之架設構件，其中該固定構件之主體設為五角形或八角形結構。
  4. 如請求項1所述之用於雙捲簾之架設構件，其中該固定構件之主體設為六角形或四角形或三角形結構。
  5. 如請求項1所述之用於雙捲簾之架設構件，其中該固定構件之主體設為墊片。
